Refund policy

Once an order is confirmed and payment taken then unfortunately the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

Customers should view all the photos and carefully read the description of the item, including sizes and measurements, before purchasing. 

In the unlikely event that an item is found to be faulty then customers must contact Kashmiri Kapray within 24 hours of receiving the item. Under no circumstances should an item be returned without contacting us before. Do not send any return items to the shop address, all returns should be sent to another address which will be provided if your return is approved.

Please note due to their delicate nature, our manufacturers/suppliers don't provide any guarantees on embellishments such as sequins, beads, diamantes and tassels. As such loose or missing embellishments are not considered as a fault - please consider this before ordering.

You the customer, remain responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us. You will also initially be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, as we don't provide return labels. 

Once the return is processed you will be offered an exchange or a credit note (minus original shipping costs). Due to card processing charges incurred we cannot offer a refund back on to your original method of payment, you will offered a credit note as voucher code instead.

Returns

For all returns initiated within 5 days of delivery we will offer an exchange or a credit note only - no refunds can be issued. The customer is responsible for bearing the cost of delivery both ways for any exchange, we don't provide return labels.

Unstitched/Semi Stitched: This means the suit is NOT ready to wear. The suit may be only pieces of fabric or may be partially stitched however the item will require stitching (which we do not provide). Usually, unstitched suits are 3 pieces unless stated otherwise.  The benefits of an unstitched suit are that it can be customised to your size so that the fitting is perfect. Another benefit is that in the majority of cases the suits can be made to alternative styles from the supplied modelled image leaving you with the CHOICE of how you would like your suit.

A maximum Bust and maximum length are mentioned on unstitched items to determine up-to what size the item can be stitched.

Stitching:  All of our ready-to-wear suits are professionally stitched. All suits are stitched as per the style is shown in the image.

Please note;

• Stitched/ unstitched suits may or may not include accessories; some accessories are only used for modelling purposes and are not included in suits.
• All stitched outfits will either come with sleeves or fabric for sleeves. Sleeveless is for shoot purposes only
• Any revealing aspects of the dress are in most cases covered, some outfits may be stitched in an alternate way in order to cover revealing aspects of the dress.
• From time to time certain elements are shown by brands for photography purposes only and these items are not provided by the designers at the end retail product - as such there can be a possibility of a variation to the cut, length, and style and dress embellishments.
• Actual colour may vary slightly from the image shown.
